The Zabuton Meditation Mat is the perfect foundation for seated meditation, designed to enhance comfort and stillness by supporting the knees, ankles, and feet. Used beneath your favorite cushion—whether it’s the Cosmic Cushion, Zafu, or Kripillow—the Zabuton creates a soft, insulating base that helps reduce joint pressure and protects against hard or cold floors.
Filled with 3 inches of plush, cotton batting, the Deluxe Zabuton allows you to sit longer and more comfortably, encouraging a deeper connection to your breath and body. Its generous size (36" x 28" x 3") supports a variety of seated positions, whether in cross-legged posture, kneeling, or using additional props for alignment.
This deluxe version features a cotton muslin inner insert and a zippered, removable cover that’s easy to wash. Choose from a wide array of rich colors to complement your meditation space and coordinate with your cushion of choice.

Shipping Policy
- Merchandise purchased on the Kripalu Online Shop will be shipped from Kripalu within 1-2 business days of your purchase, pending availability.
- The baked goods will only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
- We ship merchandise via UPS and offer both UPS Ground and UPS Standard. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
- At this time, shipping is only available to the Continental U.S.
