Deluxe Yoga Bolsters provide essential support for deepening your yoga, restorative, or meditation practice. Thoughtfully filled with dense cotton batting, both styles offer reliable, grounding comfort to help you release tension and maintain alignment.
The Rectangular Bolster features a wider, lower profile that offers broad, stable support—ideal for gentle back bends, seated forward folds, or elevating the hips and spine. Its flat surfaces allow for easy stacking and storage, and a built-in handle makes it convenient to carry between home and studio.
The Cylindrical Bolster offers more rounded, forgiving support, perfect for spinal opening, heart-centered poses, and restorative postures. It cradles the body gently, encouraging deep relaxation and breath awareness in supported asanas.
Both bolsters feature a Deluxe design with a removable, zippered cover for easy washing, and a carrying handle for convenience.

- Merchandise purchased on the Kripalu Online Shop will be shipped from Kripalu within 1-2 business days of your purchase, pending availability.
- The baked goods will only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
