Thoughtfully filled with buckwheat hulls, the Zafu molds to your body’s shape, providing a firm yet flexible seat that encourages stability and presence throughout your practice.

Its pleated design allows the cushion to expand and adjust, making it ideal for cross-legged or kneeling positions. Whether you're engaged in mindfulness meditation, breathwork, or contemplative sitting, the Zafu helps elevate the hips, tilt the pelvis forward, and support the spine’s natural curves—reducing tension in the knees, hips, and lower back.

The outer cover is made from durable, heavyweight 100% cotton twill. A concealed zipper makes it easy to adjust or refill the buckwheat as needed, ensuring long-term use and personalized comfort.
