Our emphasis is on whole grains and whole food sources of sugar such as fruit and maple syrup. Each bag comes with 1 lb of granola.

Our granola will only ship on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.

  • Shipping Policy

    • Merchandise purchased on the Kripalu Online Shop will be shipped from Kripalu within 1-2 business days of your purchase, pending availability.  
    • The baked goods will only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
    • We ship merchandise via UPS and offer both UPS Ground and UPS Standard. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  
    • At this time, shipping is only available to the Continental U.S. 

  • Refund and Exchange Policy

    All Kripalu Online Shop items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits currently.
