Ken Nelson, PhD, Kripalu Legacy Faculty member, is dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and awaken with mind-body practices and the wisdom traditions. He teaches gentle yoga, qigong, and meditation. Ken is a former Fulbright lecturer and Kripalu Scholar-in-Residence. He has offered workshops worldwide since 1975.

Shipping Policy
- Merchandise purchased on the Kripalu Online Shop will be shipped from Kripalu within 1-2 business days of your purchase, pending availability.
- The baked goods will only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
- We ship merchandise via UPS and offer both UPS Ground and UPS Standard. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
- At this time, shipping is only available to the Continental U.S.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at onlineshop@kripalu.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
