• Merchandise purchased on the Kripalu Online Shop will be shipped from Kripalu within 1-2 business days of your purchase, pending availability.  
• The baked goods will only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
• We ship merchandise via UPS and offer both UPS Ground and UPS Standard. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  
• At this time, shipping is only available to the Continental U.S. 

All Kripalu Online Shop items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits currently.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at onlineshop@kripalu.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
