My Release Is My Becoming
In collaboration with Kripalu, oracular artist Allison Strickland will be offering the first, limited edition run of 50 hand embellished prints from her long standing series: Custom Meditation Paintings.
These works on paper are created with a blessing in mind. Each piece consists of a minimum of 300 hundred dashes. Similar to other meditative objects like Mala beads or Rosaries, each dash represents the mantra, and title of the painting repeated to infuse the piece with the channeled intention: “My Release Is My Becoming.”
As Artist in Residence for our Amplify: How We Heal online summit, Allison created this meditation painting to anchor, seed, and ignite the activation throughout the week and beyond.
Inspired by the transformative power of the snake shedding it's skin, and that, like snake - our ability to grow into our fullest expression and potential is directly related to our ability to release without clinging. This piece helps us to contemplate:
- What am I ready to grow into, repair, release?
- What am I no longer willing to give my energy to?
- What am I ready to give birth to? Who am I becoming?
- How is what appears to be a challenge actually helping me?

Custom Meditation Paintings act as powerful focal points for meditation, manifestation, and transformation. Acting as both artwork and energetic tool designed to align your environment with your desires. Each print will be hand embellished and meditated upon with gold painted dashes - making each print one of a kind.
Print size is 9x12in (including borders). Framing not included. Numbered, and signed.

Shipping Policy
- Merchandise purchased on the Kripalu Online Shop will be shipped from Kripalu within 1-2 business days of your purchase, pending availability.
- The baked goods will only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
- We ship merchandise via UPS and offer both UPS Ground and UPS Standard. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
